There are two folders 'EFTEM images' which contains EFTEM raw data of the Bethe ridge for different specimens and 
'EFTEM profiles' which are extracted intensity profiles used in the paper.

EFTEM images:

All files are in DM3 format and can be opened using Gatan Digital Micrograph proprietary software or ImageJ freeware.

BN 1000 eV- Boron nitride Bethe ridge at 1000 eV energy loss
Fe3O4 kinematic 1000 eV- magnetite (Fe3O4) Bethe ridge at 1000 eV energy loss and kinematic diffraction conditions
Holey carbon 800 eV/1000 eV/1100 eV- holey carbon Bethe ridge at 800/1000/1100 eV energy loss
Si [001] ZADP cryo(RT) 1000 eV- Si [001] zone-axis Bethe ridge at 1000 eV energy loss and cryo/room temperature (RT).
Si_g220 (g400)_1000eV - silicon Bethe ridge at 1000 eV energy loss and g220 (g400) symmetry orientation

EFTEM profiles:

Intensity profiles extracted from the EFTEM images. Data saved in text file format, with first column being reciprocal distance (inverse nm) and second column intensity (arbitrary units).
